Am I the only one who would love to see Lebron James go to some obscure team and see him try to prove his legacy by taking someone like Milwaukee, New Orleans, Golden State, Orlando, Phoenix, Sacramento, Charlotte, Toronto, etc to the promised land?

If he ends up a Laker, a Knick, a Bull, etc I am going to be pissed.

I think it is doubtful that he does that and I won't be pissed if he doesn't, but it would be entertaining to see.

He isn't going to do that.

Cleveland would be the only non-LA/NY destination I could see at this point, if he were to leave Miami.

If Kobe will rework his contract & Smart falls to #7 how does Kobe, Lebron, Carmelo & Smart sound as a big 4. Lebron & Carmelo can pick the coach.

Would smart at 7 really be falling?

That team would not mesh well together

Probably not, but from most mocks I've seen, 7 is about as low as he will go.

I also now think Lebron and Co. will stay in Miami. With Riley saying "whatever it takes" to get them back to the Championship next year, I think Lebron stays. I also think Carmelo ends up in Houston or Chicago.

Looking like Love might end up in GS. Boston has made a huge push, but Minnesota wants better experienced players back than Boston can offer. If Boston can't make a splash, they might move Rondo and possibly Green, and go for the longer rebuild. Really hoping Embiid falls to them at this point.

He should go to New Orleans and be a Pelican.

PG: Jrue Holiday
SG: Eric Gordon
SF: Lebron James
PF: Ryan Anderson
C: Anthony Davis

Bench: Austin Rivers, Tyreke Evans, Jason Smith, Al-Farooq Aminu, Anthony Morrow, Darius Miller, Alexis Ajinca.

The more you look at it the more I see Smart as being a great value. Yeah he can't shoot but neither could Magic or Kidd. They could defend, rebound & penetrate immediately and so can Smart. They eventually developed the 3 point threat.

Smart as the #1 option is not so great. But imagine him playing with KD & Westbrook or Kobe & Carmelo. Then he becomes a perfect fit.
