Anyone in the know - what the heck is wrong?!?

Absolutely zero leadership among the players!
 
Simple, can’t make lay ups, jump shots, free throws, 3 pointers, not tuff, not athletic, slow footed, and don’t care, other than that, there great.

A loss Saturday would be bad, no question. It's a home game against the worst team in the conference. Right now, the things keeping the team in the tournament are several really good wins (that most here have forgotten about) and no bad losses. The team has no Quadrant 2 losses. This game would be a Quadrant 2 loss, for sure.
 
A win on Saturday would be too late because for some reason we are playing on Friday night instead of Saturday. ��

You never know for it could go overtime, as in 20 of them. The game gives us a little more rest before the opening round of the conference tournament, so that helps (maybe).
 
I have no inside information but I don’t think the guys like each other. More specifically I think some of the guys don’t like Trae and/or are jealous. I have no basis for this opinion other than observation of body language. I am not going to name any names.
 
I asked a friend who goes to practices what’s wrong. He said every drill they ran in practice Thursday was defensive. His words...they’re just lazy. I interpret that as they don’t give effort. I find that inexcusable if true.

see and thats kinda what I figured was going on. you see it on the floor when they play ... or dont see it as the case may be.

Not surprised at that since we see the same on the floor during the games. And Kruger isn't lighting them up?
 
I didn’t ask about the coaches response. But to me that’s the assistants job to light them up. It’s been said here quite a bit, the assistants might be a big part of the problem. I tend to believe the blame is shared by a lot of different people right now.
 
I do t think they like each other. I think they think “I am not going to try because you don’t try” or something let me that.
 
Talent talent talent. We don't have a lot of guys that can make shots or create shots.
