Coach Kruger needs to issue a public apology to the fans for his team's lack of effort and losing in an embarrassing fashion today. Frankly, for the amount of losses already this year. He's making millions. This is unacceptable.

Maybe the team should apologize. Lon is the same coach he was last year.

No the coaching staff is not the same staff, OU is missing Henson and Hill and that was a big loss. Henson spent 16 years and the last 12 with Lon while Hill spent the last 12 years with Lon. That changes the whole game for Lon.

Can't believe we still have a year of Lattin. Is there anyone who's had a bigger gap between expectations and output in recent OU basketball history? Just no fee for the game.

You deserve an MVP...Most Valuable Post! Let's see more!

Clown post.

Is it off base to criticize Kruger for not recruiting a grad transfer or instant impact juco for this season? Losing three quality seniors is tough for any program, but he saw this coming! Needed some experience to complement the young talent and we just didn't get that.

And the thespian chimes in once again. If you don't understand something then search for the nearest hand holder.

Thespian means actor. It doesn't mean, "one who knows how to construct an intelligible sentence in her native language."

Your (I think it was a) question made no sense whatsoever.

Sorry Spot if you didn't understand. You were critical, obviously, of a statement made by a fellow poster. You were being asked whether his statement about James was an accurate or inaccurate one, simply put. And I could give a damn whether your skull understands it or not.

Strong has shown us how weak JC basketball has gotten. It ain't the 90s anymore.

Honestly, I've watched a lot of Juco ball and it's not even close to 20 years ago.

Admissions are so easy now, almost anyone can get into a D1 School.

Talent level is pretty poor.

You mean that you couldn't give a damn, I think. And thank you for now clarifying your question. But if you don't care whether or not what you say and write is understandable to others, that's a bigger problem than the fact that you have difficulty constructing intelligible sentences.

Now, to answer your question, that guy thought we'd go 0-16 in the conference. I don't know that he's ever posted anything positive here or anything I'd agree with. He said James has no fee (yes, fee) for the game. It was a stupid comment not really worthy of a retort even if we believe he actually meant "feel" for the game.

So many experts here like to criticize players ( and now Kruger, of course) as having low basketball IQ, no "feel for the game," being stupid or some other version of same as if they know and understand the game better than the players or coaches. Here's news for everyone....YOU DON'T. I would doubt that there is anyone here capable of assessing whether any player at the college level "has no feel for the game," certainly not someone who only shows up every other week to complain about a loss and exaggerate how horrible players are.

And being critical is likely a function of success, or the lack thereof (not that again!) and it works both ways for you have a poster being critical of James and then there's your side where you are being critical of him. This is a product of a season which is a 180 from last year's success and it should be factored into how people are most likely to react given the situation.

Either way, this board is not an example where an individual is standing before two doors where one leads to riches and the other leads failure and the decision at hand decides their destiny for it is just a message board where people are going to vent at times and having differing expectations of such will just set you up for disappointment.

And you know very well that 'fee' was meant to be written as feel. No one had to point this out yet you act as if that were the case.
