If OU gets SEC-style TV money, they can rebuild and upgrade facilities.

I don't think this is true.

What major college sports teams have used revenues like this to substantially pay for major building renovations? I'm nearly positive those renovations are almost always from donor funds, and not internally generated revenues.

That TV money isnt going to OU basketball. Sure minor upgrades but nothing major will be done.
