How would you rank the B12 through ~10 games. Not necessarily ranked only based on accomplishments to date, but a combination of what each team has done, and where you think they can go (potential).
Final Four Contenders
1. KU - like the pollsters, I think they're the best in the nation
2. UT - deep, athletic, balanced, but probably a notch behind KU
NCAA Tournament Caliber
3. KSU - right now, I think they've done the most to deserve #3
4. OU - will be much better in February than early December. I honestly feel like we have the highest ceiling of the teams 3-9 because of our youth.
5. A&M - better than I thought they'd be, but lost to NM today
6. TT - like A&M, a big surprise, but I think they'll drop back as conference play gets cranked up
7. OSU - somewhat flying under the radar right now, but have some talent
8. BU - BU being BU
9. MU - like OU, a little disappointing to start the season, but still have some talent. Miss Carroll and Lyons alot.
Bottom-Feeders
10. ISU - won't be an easy win in conference, but not a tourney caliber team
11. CU - not sure who's better between CU/NU
12. NU - not really any easy-outs in conference this year
I see these groupings (1-2, 3-9, and 10-12) remaining in-tact all season, however, I look for the 3-9 group to be VERY fluid throughout the season. Top-to-bottom, I think this might be the best the B12 has been in years.
