Not good news for Big 12 contenders, Udoka Azubulke has withdrawn from the NBA draft coming back to KU.
Also Wiggington of Iowa State out of draft and back ti the Cyclones.

KU will really be strong in the post with Azubuike, De Sousa, McCormack, and the Lawson brothers along with Lightfoot. They won’t lack for beef.

Very weird situation, but this puts them easily in the top 3 imo.

Without Vick, they were at worst top two. Their roster is absolutely stacked. Ideally, Vick returning messes up the chemistry...he will have to fight for minutes because their back court is much deeper than last season. If his attitude hasn't improved, that could cause issues. But if he makes the changes Self demanded ... ugh.

Depth on the wing was a slight issue before this as was shooting. I would've put them somewhere between 1-5 before this news, now 1-3 and maybe #1.
