Figured since we have a HUGE week coming up, I'd start a thread just to talk about the tournament, itself. Great field, tough first round game for us. Thoughts on the week ahead? Who y'all got winning it all?

Don't have the bracket handy, but we play UCLA, then winner/loser of UNC-Butler.

Other side of the bracket has Wisconsin-UAB, and Florida-Georgetown.

Anyway, I think we win 2 games. Team comes together playing tougher competition.

We have been saving up for the tournament in regards to playing hard for a full game and we beat UCLA by 6 and from there we win the tournament. Yes I'm a Sooner fan. #Cantstopwontstop

Agree! Based on what I have seen thus far I say 1-2, but with the right matchups and us playing better 2-1 is possible.

Probably 1-2, but 2-1 would not shock me. This team will be a lot better in March than it is now. Still working on integrating Thomas and figuring out the rotation.

I think the UCLA game tomorrow is an important one to win. Gets us into the winners side of the bracket and likely games against UNC, then Florida or Wisconsin, which would be a great barometer for this team win or lose. Don't want to get stuck in the losers bracket playing likely butler or UAB.

Since it's a homecoming for Buddy, I think the crowd will give our players one more thing to play for. No way they want to see their best player go back to Norman with a disappointed look on his face. I agree with Lax, Buddy will go off for 30.

Still the competition is tough in this tourney. I'm hoping for 3-0, but I'll take a 2-1 finish and be reasonably content.

I'm here. Saw those guys at he airport. They're a trip.. Power went out for a couple of secs, pitch black. Hilarious reactions... Hoping to see some great bball tomorrow. Met UCLA guard's fam, nice people. You would think Wiscy fans are about to take over the place...

The Wisconsin fans here remind me of how Nebraska fans traveled during their long run under DR Tom. It is really impressive. Very excited to see how our guys do tomorrow against a really good team.
