We have only played three games since beating OSU 68-62 in Norman, overcoming a 31-22 halftime lead by OSU with a 24-16 fourth quarter led by Maddie's 20, eleven of which came in the fourth quarter. OSU probably played their best game in conference play, being 3-7 with losses in six of their last seven. Their only recent win was 74-70 over Kansas in Stillwater. But, against OU, a 6-3 soph, Jentry Holt, decided to have the only double-digit scoring game of the year and her first career double-double, with 16 and 10. She had had 10 rebounds in one other game. Jentry usually averages 3.5 ppg and 2.5 rebounds and has only scored 14 points and grabbed five rebounds in the three games since.
Usually, Kaylee Jensen is the star. But, she was only about four of twelve against OU, although she was 9 of 10 from the line for 18 points. She has been a barn-burner since with 19, 26, and 21.
OSU beat us 39-31 on the boards. It was their 21 turnovers that killed them.
