To me, when the refs totally take over games when they feel beforehand things could get out of hand, it ruins the flow of the game and makes it really boring.

Remember two years ago in the Ford Center? Half Crimson/half puke orange. Big time atmosphere.

Bedlam is fine. OSU would have had a lot more folks there if they could have gotten out of their driveways.
