Woodard, Hield, Spangler, Hornbeak, Cousins, Booker, etc... These are all young players. Everything from talent, skill, athletic ability, character, etc... Is this the best foundation of players OU has had in a long time?

The Blake Griffin team, which was very good, obviously had a good foundation but that was primarily because Blake is a freak of nature and nobody at the college level could match up with him. This team doesn't have a dominant player like that.

All of these guys will be around 3-4 more years. This could be the most promising foundation of players OU has had in a long time.

Absolutely and the newcomers next year appear to be in the same mold.

All things point to OU being a consistently strong program. Maybe stronger than ever if we can keep building with 4 year high school top 100ish recruits. The uptempo style and fun atmosphere of the team is appealing.

Well said, guys! I agree 100%.

Lon is proving why he has been successful at every stop. He builds a strong team with good players who want to do things the right way. I couldn't be more pleased with where we are right now!

Kruger seems to find those under the radar players and picks off a 4* here and there.

I'm impressed at how quickly he works the newbies into the scheme and how the players grow under his guidance.

Too bad he wasn't around in the Blake Griffin days.
