Big 12 bald refs suck

Ever since I can remember going back to the big 8 days there has always been some bald ref with a gut who totally sucks and gives away games.

Happened again today in the OSU KSU game. Is there some Napoleon syndrome equivalent for bald guys?

That is funny, but surely they could at least find some talented white guys.
