4 minutes into the 2nd half and our coach throws in the towel --- and she should have.

With Baylor a 30 point loss is to be expected. But not to a team at the level of WVU.

We are one and done in the tourney. We shouldn't be a host site and if we are, it's out of respect for Sherri.

This team is weak, has no fire or focus and intensity and, frankly, they act and play like a bunch of quitters who don't want to be on the court.

I know it won't happen but IMO there need to be changes made once the season ends..Either hire someone that can recruit or tell Sherri that she is now in the hot seat
 
Tier 2??????? The last 2 games were horrendous excuses for basketball. Really makes you wonder where this program is.

At a stand still...at best, overall I think been going down for years now. But hey give her a raise
 
unless Sherri makes wholesale changes in her coaching staff,this program is through competing for championships.
 
Anyone who makes any type of excuse or justification for this performance cannot be taken seriously.

As I recall, that is what Mack Brown had to do several times as his career slid downward to the end at texASS.

This is a staff problem. But, it is also up to the players to get control of their emotions. This was not a game in which they were prepared to play. Funny that the last games of your career, you don't have drive.
 
Good thing for Sherri that the Klingons aren't in charge

I guess I'm confused as to why every loss is on coaches. I get starts at top but how do you expect recruits to want to come here if the so called fans constantly question every breath

You love them when they beat Texas when they beat wv in ot but tonight they all should be fired. Come on put something on these players. These kids are not being held accountable period. And don't give me it's because we don't have the number 1 player in the country - Mulkey was a top 10 gabby was top 20 stop giving these rankings so much credit. Martin was barely a top 100 player and she killed us. It runs way deeper than a number in front of your name.

I think the frustration of the fans, discounting those who just come to message boards to complain, is that this is a better team than that---or has been. This team went 13-5 in conference play. They won against WV and Texas with Maddie out. Yet, they barely showed up during the last four games of the season. They beat TCU, but that should have been a no-brainer. How do you get into these periods in which there appears to be no coherent thought on the court? Is it the coaches? It has to be to some extent. But, the players have been around here for four years. They should have some desire to get the job done. But, they are a major part of the problem.

The team that finished 13-5 in the conference should make a run. What we saw tonight would embarrass me if I were a senior. It shouldn't take the coach to apologize. Every senior needs to step out and apologize. That wasn't a lack of ability. It was a lack of self-respect and attitude of getting the job done.
