He had a nice game. He was 3-5 from the field for 9 point. He also played some nice defense too. I'm glad to see another freshman guard that can contribute. Looks like we've got another great crop of freshman guards this season. This is going to be fun.

He is way more athletic than I thought he would be. His shot appears to be legit.

Booker is improving with every game. He has a nice stroke, and he's a much better defender than I thought he's be at this stage of his career. I agree, our coaching staff continues to bring in guards with a huge upside who are capable of contributing from the get-go. Props to LK and his staff!

Very nice game tonight for Booker. Nice to have a possible deep threat this season . And agree with the poster who mentioned being surprised by his athleticism

He did that on 11 minutes of pt. If he can consistently produce some points on 11 minutes that is going to be huge for OU.

I agree. #happydance

He played awful last not all the way around, but in watching the warm-ups he can shoot the ball from outside. Hit probably eight or nine in a row from different spots to end the warm-ups after making quite a few before that. His shot looks pure when it leaves his hands.

Frank tightened up after his first two misses, and started "aiming" his shots instead of shooting in rhythm in the flow of the game. He just needs to relax and let the game come to him.

He continued to work hard on defense, but even that wasn't his best effort. Hopefully, he got the worst game of his career out of his system last night.

Freshmen will struggle. Woodard and Booker did last night. I thought Booker was just trying too hard last night. We've all tried too hard at something and failed..!

Frank did have a tough night last night. His last ill-fated drive to the basket made me chuckle, but made me feel bad for him at the same time. I still like Frank, however, and I believe he will be a big contributor once he gets over his freshman-itis.

Bad game for Frank but he did have a couple of blocks and some rebounds. He was clearly trying to do too much. It is good for him to learn this early in the season that it isn't as easy as he thought.

His skills are apparent. Like most frosh he has to learn what he can do and cannot do at this level.

He has to look for shots that he can hit and shoot them in good rhythm and with confidence. His overall game is pretty sound for a freshman. And he is athletic enough to contribute at this level.
