Buddy Buckets T-Shirt: available at the Big 12 tournament

A local KC t-shirt shop, Charlie Hustle, finally has an OU shirt and it says "Buddy Buckets". After the OU-KU game in AFH, on Instagram, I recommended they create a "Buddy Buckets" shirt, and though they said it was "a great idea" I didn't think they would do it.

Well, they did.

These will be available somewhere in the Power and Light and/or Sprint Center. So, if you make it go get one!!!

Yes, that's the only place they are available (online or at the store in the Plaza). I messaged Charlie Hustle last night and they said no kiosk's at the Big 12 tournament.

Think Buddy will have a pretty strong case to sue these guys, who are 1000% profiting from his likeness. I would imagine they will be contacted by Buddy's Lawyers the day after OU is eliminated from the NCAA tourney.

Words, a name, a number, and team colors. You also have trademark rights even without formally registering it.

My point was simple. Not going to support a business guy here in KC that has NO ties to OU or Buddy except to make a HUGE profit.

$32? I can make T-shirts with logo, name, etc..for $7.

I would hope Buddy and OU would sue him. Homeland security raided a local small ma/pa store for selling women's panties with Royal's likeness after they won the playoffs last year.
