So we can Beat the $hiit out of them again.
 
I sure hope so. Their little Napoleon Complex coach lost his stuff last year when they lost to us. I bet he's been pointing to this date for awhile.
 
So what has to happen for OU to win against the Hogs. Only watched them for a few minutes in the Maui Classic, long enough to see Musselman go crazy. They looked uber athletic, long and got up and down the court.

OU shot 60% from the 3-point line and Arky shot 30%. And Musselman, as usual, constant badgering of the officials seemed to take his team out of the game.

Not sure OU can score 88 again, but I think the Sooners can slow it down and make Arky play half court and frustrate them again - but OU will have to shoot it very well, I think, to win.

I was on the second row at half court behind the scorers table, so I was like 10 or 15 feet away from that. I took two buddies, one an Arkansas fan, and it was incredible.

That same friend (who is going with me again this year) said a few weeks ago that someone, can't remember if it's a beat writer or podcast or something, said something to the effect of OU is the game he's most looking forward to for the revenge after last year.

There's no doubt Arkansas will be ready this year.

I hope OU is.

They may have the most talented team in the country, but sometimes they get so focused on complaining and talking crap that it hurts them. This is one game where our slow tempo will actually make sense, because they would much prefer a fast pace.

Glad he's not playing Saturday but wish he was well next week. Sad for him and any school losing a player.
 
They’re not very deep. Have played 5 guys 90% of the minutes, and Brazile is one of those guys. He played 40 minutes against San Diego state and 30+ against creighton. Big blow, but their guards are great. Should be another close one.
