Capel to Missouri update

I'm trying to figure out where I posted any love and admiration for Pat Knight? Please explain to me and include exact quotes.

I laughed at Kleggs reply that he liked Pat but not his dad so pat must be like his mom. I never said Pat was a great coach, although he and Capel are equal but Pat does have some upside in the fact one of the greatest coaches of all time is only a phone call away. It hasn't helped him much at this point though.

For the record I think both Pat and Jeff are good people just not great coaches.

Hey, Booger. Where ya been? I'm still L'ingOL about some poster referring to you as "Booger Bob" earlier today. Been waiting for your response.

Anyway, I didn't think jmizzy was referring to you when he said a poster was giving love to Pat Knight. I assumed he was talking about your evil twin. But I'm in agreement: I like Pat as a person – and frankly I believe he will someday prove himself as a coach. Just needed to get out of his dad's shadow.

That's funny, chewy. Oh, and I'm pulling for Capel to land on his feet. Hope he gets another head coaching job in college, if that's what he wants. I personally don't think he'd be happy as an assistant after having some success as a Div. 1 head coach.

So let the flaming begin.

Not me he dismantled my program and will likely land us in hot water with the NCAA Nazis. I hope he sells his house and moves back to the Left coast never to be heard from again in Oklahoma.

He caused us to spend 16 million over 7 years on a 58 year old coach to restore order, gain respect back in the program, become a top 25 program again and hopefully soften the blow from the Nazis. All ticket holders will pay for this. If you buy a OU BB or OU FB ticket you will be paying for this destruction in the form of higher ticket, parking and concession prices. Don't be dumb here, someone has to pay for the 16 million, this ain't the gov't we can't print money and spend more than we make.

Man, that took a little longer than I expected. Nice rant, but when did Capel live on the "left" coast?

LOL correct long day making sales calls and making obscene money. I meant go East young man not to the left coast.

I was at the royals game today, and the wireless there is craptacular for my iPod touch (which I use for Facebook when away from the iPad or laptop).

I like booger bob...actually thinking about having a mod change my current name to that. It's funny all the variations if a name that people come up with especially when it's a name with multiple words. I used to call bigtime "bedtime" in honor of Charles "BigTime" Jones who overslept and missed the flight to Honolulu in 82 when OU was playing in the Rainbow Classic. Tubbs from then on called him "bedtime".

Pat seems like a very likable fellow. I think it would help him to wear a coat and tie to show he's not so much like his dad, because he isn't.

Man, it seems like a lot of posters lately have been bragging about successful they are (I've yet to understand what it had to do with OU basketball, but it keeps happening, so maybe I'm just missing an obvious connection).

Should I come clean and admit that I lost my job a few months back and am scraping by on limited freelance work while I look for another? Does that apply to the discussion at hand? Have I been unfairly holding back key info?

My experience has always been those who brag about earnings are usually stretching the truth, whereas this who don't (brag) are usually the high earners.

That watch costs more than you car. I made $970,000 last year. How much you make? You see pal, that's who I am, and you're nothing.
