No. 5 Choctaw held off No. 14 Putnam North late for a 46-41 victory.
The Yellowjackets entered the final period leading 39-31 and were limited to just seven points over the final eight minutes.
Junior guard Ana Llanusa, who is verbally committed to Oklahoma, finished with 19 points.
Putnam North was led by Alexis M’broh’s 10 points.
