Is this the kid who Baylor supposedly offered?

I don't know a whole lot of 11 year olds in 7th grade. If he really is 11 years old and in 7th grade, he's skipped at least one year in school. I'm guessing the numbers are just wrong. A young kid has some size and athletic ability early, it hits the internet and rumors start flying, with the truth ultimately getting twisted.
