Classy Mulkey!

I'm embarrassed she is in our conference....Today's antics needs to be reprimanded. What would she do, if her girl's did the same thing?? She would not go for that at all.. She needs to set an example....Pathetic, just pathetic coming from a Christian University....:confused::confused:

You are right about Bobby Knight. He was a loose cannon at times.

But he also got a bum rap occasionally. Did you see the video on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson showing that the time he threw the chair he was actually just tossing it across the court to an old fellow with a cane who didn't have a seat? ;)

And is Kim really a great coach? She isn't even paid enough to afford clothes that fit. When the game gets "hot", she even has to take off her "Green Jersey" to be able to have some freedom of movement (so to speak).

I watched a fishing show a few years ago with Bill Dance and Bobby Knight. They were hilarious! I would never have thought Knight had a sense of humor but he can be very entertaining when he isn't being a jerk.

I thought this thread was going to be about Nancy----a class Mulkey. When Nancy arrives, we will need to distinguish between Nancy and a classless Mulkey.

That's why I said (somewhat tongue-in-cheek) that we need to find her a spouse before she gets to OU, so she'll have a different last name.

If the OU band is allowed to have "fun" then this might be a good behind-the-basket Baylor free throw taunt.

1- Lift shirt
2- There is no #2.

Our most successful other-team taunt was known as "operation deception," where we'd count down arbitrarily and the opposing player would suddenly "hero ball" up a wild shot, usually air balled, because they thought we were counting down to the end of the shot clock... we weren't.

It always made our bench crack up. Even Sherri couldn't hide a smile when it worked.

btw, the reason for the skeletor techie:

The Jayhawks didn’t score again until Baylor’s Khadijiah Cave was called for a blocking foul, and coach Kim Mulkey got a technical for protesting the call. Aldridge and Boyd each made free throws, cutting the deficit to 52-45.

With Mulkey still upset, Davis and Johnson did their best to hold back the coach to avoid a second technical and an automatic ejection.

Johnson said she and Davis told Mulkey, “It’s not worth it, Coach.”

“Most leadership they’ve shown all year,” Mulkey said. “That’s the most they’ve talked all year.”

If it were Skeletor lifting her shirt again, there would be no way she'd ever be charged with indecent exposure. That's because there would be a severe lack of evidence involved.
