I have to say that I've been impressed with what I've read recently about Pam DeCosta and her ability to recruit. As we all know, recruiting starts with developing great relationships and it seems that she has impressed some of the recruits Sherri is going after. There is still work to be done this year but, I like what I've seen lately.
