For all of us who grew up on Billy Tubbs OU basketball....we should all consider ourselves lucky!! Those were some of the BEST times for our b-ball program! There was a period of about 5 or 6 years where OU was one of the Top 5 programs to contend with!

Of all the amazing stats related to OU basketball, there is one that stands out: OU lost TWO home games over the course of SEVEN full seasons ('83-84 thru '89-'90). It's not something we'll ever come close to seeing again at OU (or almost anywhere else) in our lifetime no matter how young you are reading this.
