Who cares. They are all just going there to be 1 and done. Barnes has already said that winning a NC isn't that important, just getting kids to the NBA. Also, Avery Bradley really was a disappointment and I don't think Joseph is any better than he was out of Findlay.
He never said winning a NC isn't that important. People will take words and twist them while trying to make it a fact. Don't just repeat what you heard, read for yourself.

In the March 8th edition of ESPN the Magazine, Texas basketball coach Rick Barnes was quoted as saying he is not "obsessed" with winning a national championship. People have interpreted this to mean that Barnes doesn't really care about winning a national title, and the way that the quote and the article was structured, it seemed that way.
However, according to Barnes, the quote was taken out of context.
"I didn't say that I don't care about winning a national title," Barnes said. "Of course we do."
Barnes said that when he was interviewed by ESPN writer Elena Bergeron for this story, she asked him if he "feels the pressure to win a national championship" this year more so than other years.
"I don't know how anyone can ask that question," Barnes said. "It's every year you want to win it. I told her every year we want to win it.
"I don't know if any coach feels the pressure to win a national championship because, think about it. If you're in this business long enough, how can you ever measure yourself on that? Look at guys like Dean Smith who coached for 42 years and how many [national titles] did he win? Two.
"Then you have Bob Knight - one of the greatest. He won three in 46 years. People don't understand the business. They don't get it."
Though the quote has caused some uproar and many to challenge Barnes' loyalty to Texas' program, it should have done the opposite.
"What's the motto of The University of Texas? Rick is still in the education business. You're developing people," Texas basketball sports information director Scott McConnell said. "Texas builds on the person, the student."
