I drove down from Lawton and barely escaped that mess on I-35W (especially the one near downtown) in time to get to the game.

It was nice to see lots of red in the crowd. That's about all that was left in the arena right after Spangler hit that three with about 50 seconds left. I started thinking, for awhile at least, that the OU players saw that orange trim of the FWISD court logo and thought they were at GIA again. The first half wasn't too artistic, but at least OU finished it on a high note and never trailed again.

About the only problem I had was paying $25 for a seat in the nosebleeds. Moved down to within 10 rows of the OU bench for the second half, though. I'm surprised more folks didn't do that. And, at least the $25 wasn't wasted (got to see an OU win in person). It was my first OU road game to see in person since the one in Boulder in 2002.

First time I have missed a game in Ft Worth since TCU joined the conference but my son had a game at the same time. Wish I could have attended both because I love being able to see OU in person when they are down here. Cannot wait to see the changes they made to their arena, which was a crap hole.

I traveled to the game on the Tip In Club sponsored bus, with about 30 other OU fans. We did get caught up in that I-35 traffic mess on the north side of Fort Worth, but it was no problem as the bus left Norman plenty early at 9:30 am. We arrived at the arena about 70 minutes before tipoff. The bus headed back home as soon as everyone loaded onto the bus, and we arrived back at the LNC in Norman a bit before 7:30 pm.

Our seats were in the upper section directly across the court from the OU bench. There was plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable.

It was great to see the numerous Sooner fans that attended the game. I thought the TCU fans were very courteous.

It was an enjoyable trip.

The wife and I went. I think a lot of TCU season tic holders were no-shows for the game according to the seats available on their website a month earlier when I ordered. Seems like half the crowd were Sooners. Great time!

Went to the game with my son. Nice to see us take care of business. Given the number of unused tickets in her lower level, I should have bought tickets on the secondary market.

We bought 4th row behind the basket from a scalper for $20. Nice gym, but odd to be playing in a HS gym. More people there than I thought there would be. Seemed like an odd game at times, but glad we saved enough energy for Monday.

my cousin and I took the Heartland Flyer down from Ardmore for the game.

It probably took a half hour longer than driving, but it was relaxing.

$25 tickets in that arena weren't great, but the trip as a whole was good
