Wow what? Did you hear the Attorney General? He very clearly stated that NONE of the offices committed the legal definition of homicide, and that the two officers that returned fire inside the apartment absolutely had a legal right to do so.

Most intelligent people have been saying that for WEEKS.

I'm an idiot for pointing out that Jack Posobiec has a well-documented history of insane conspiracy theory hyping, white supremacy and anti-Semitism? I'm sorry if that hurts your feelings. Maybe you should find better people to follow.

My credibility and integrity is being questioned because I pointed out the fact that Jack Posobiec is a vile racist and conspiracy theorist? That's really weird.

Government law enforcement officers break your door down in the middle of the night, you suspect they are intruders, you shoot at them, they kill you, and are not charged.

This is kinda messed up.

I guess they almost killed other people in the crossfire, and that is what the charge is.

If not for shooting into other peoples apartment, there would be no charge.

It's not called "breaking in" when you have a no-knock warrant.

What don't you understand about the no-knock warrant? That gave the police the right to NOT KNOCK. I understand why the guy shot, but under KENTUCKY LAW, the police had every right to shoot back.

You can't charge the police just b/c you don't like the outcome, when they broke no law. You sound ridiculous right now.

I think the guy charged was actually outside the apartment, down at ground level. He shot from there, which is why he caught the charge he did. I have no problem with that charge based on what I currently know.
 
Where do all these people that are ALREADY protesting in the streets of Louisville work that they can, at the drop of a hat, just walk off the job and into the streets?

No answer needed, I already know. They don't.
