Reaves wasn't a point guard until Coach Kruger moved him over there. I wonder why he felt the need to do that? Weird. I feel like we would have been a better team if Reaves could have played off the ball but that's just me.

Sure but my point is that if Harmon had been a great player at point (inarguably his true position) then Reaves would have never been moved over there and could have played off the ball. And I think we would have been better with him off the ball, but I know that's probably an unpopular opinion.

i don't find it as odd as thinking ou would have been better off taking the ball out of reaves hands.

It's really not. People will discount a player's ability based on stereotypes.

Black quarterbacks used to not be taken seriously because they were considered more of athletes and less of throwers.

White bball players are also stereotyped as slow and unathletic but good shooters. Same as white wide receivers in football.

If a black player had the same skill set as Reaves, I don't think we would be having this conversation

I can't think of a single reason why people don't think Reaves is a pg besides his skin color. Why do some think OU would have been better if an inferiour player was the PG and Reaves stood in the corner?

sorry, i just don't understand the hate for reaves and how people can think he isn't a pg. The only logical explanation is he is white
