Do the refs hate Fitz?

He was absolutely screwed on that double foul, and I'm pretty sure there were another couple calls that made no sense (don't remember specifics).

Big 12 refs do seem to have certain players they're just not going to ever give the benefit of the doubt. Mizzou has one, and I know I've seen it in other games, too.

agreed. & then how he gets smacked everytime he shoots & rarely gets a foul

I don't think the refs hate him, but he's usually out of position on defense because of his mobility and that hurts him as far as getting a break from the ref.

I have no clue how he got the double foul today, as that was atrocious.

This game is probably the worst officiating game I have seen all year and maybe in some time, and I watch a lot of basketball (not just OU). Samuels throwing down fitz (double foul???), Samuels elbowing or attempting to elbow Neal (I think - I was so mad I forget who it was), horrible traveling calls on Fitz and Washington (I watched replays in slow motion and most of them were horrid), no-calls on Pullen grabbing the hands of our guards so they fumble the ball away, no-calls when Fitz he literally is getting hammered inside, etc. etc. etc. etc.

I don't think I have ever seen a worst call than that of the double foul though!!

I couldn't help but notice he was getting mugged everytime he had the ball, and then getting called for a ton of ticky tack fouls and travels.

Not saying the refs cost us the game, buy I thought Fitz had a great night ruined by the zebras.

No they hate OU.
