Sometimes if a player likes a coach more then a school they will leave the program... transfer out or if they are heading in to there freshman year ask to be released from there NLI... I wasn't high on Aaliyah Wilson, but she did have a decent season avg 4.7 points 15 minutes per game, she also made 21 three pointers on the season... if she's looking to transfer maybe Sherri and Co should contact her.

Wow! Dykes didn't last long. Especially since he was an alumnus.

Wilson shot 28.74% from the field, 28.38% from the line and had more turnovers than assists. You can't win with thirty percent shooting.

I was a bit in disbelief that the Big Twelve coaches put Jessica Washington on the second team for that reason. She only shot 34.71% from the field, 36.09 from three. That's a bit low of a FG% to have people shooting, especially when they shoot that much. Turnovers and assists were about the same.

Different players are put in different situations at different schools... at OU Washington would have the same freedom as the go be to scorer at OU because Sherri normally likes the scoring guard, but I'm sure should would have been asked to play more within the team... I don't think OU showed any interest in Washington or if Washington had any interest in OU at any point, I think she said Unc was her dream school, before heading to Kansas.

Wilson would probably be asked to play more of a high post or power forward at OU, where her athleticism and rebounding could've been a big help to OU...

Minutes played: 411/406
FG%: 28.74/42.0
3-PT%: 28.4/39.1
FT%: 66.7/55.6
REB/Game: 2.9/2.6
PPG: 4.8/5.2
Assists: 40/62
Turnovers: 55/51
Steals: 12/36
Blocks: 11/2

Player 1/Player 2

Player 1 did outrebound Player 2: 2.9--2.6

Player 2 had a better shooting percentage, committed fewer turnovers, got more steals, had a lot more assists. On the season, Player 1 got 76 rebounds to Player 2's 65. Was that worth the lower shooting percentage, fewer steals, and fewer assists? Player 2 did outscore Player 1.

I realize that Wilson looked bulky, and she rebounded well against highschool competition. But, I don't think we needed another guard who wasn't quite as good as TT to help us on the boards. Those 11 rebounds weren't worth it. Yes: Player 1 is Wilson. Player 2 is TT.

Dungee was much better in every aspect of the game. Much better shooter from the field and free throw line. Almost doubled her in scoring. Wilson never started a game for a team that was last place in the SEC.

TT has been at OU for 4 years and her numbers are comparable to Wilson who was a freshman... Wilson didn't play the minute Dungee or Carter played, but she got to the line more then both, I see her as an aggressive guard... someone the team could use.

You never know the full story. Aa. Wilson could have been battling injuries throughout the season, unbeknownst to us. Worry about your team and its players and not others.

Aliyah Wilson tweeted she has asked for her release from Arkansas.

I hope OU will reach out to her, even tho she could sit a year and still play at another SEC school, I think she'll head to the Big 12...

Jessica Shepard is a really good power forward...she would be a starter for just about any team in the country.

Gondrezick is also very talented...the fact she went on indefinite leave for personal reasons last week while Michigan was in the middle of the WNIT was strange.

I would take both at OU, I wonder where Shepard is headed... she from Nebraska and committed to them very early on...

I loved what I saw of Gondrizick in an AAU game. I thought she was vastly superior to the PG that went to Texas.
