That is the WORST 11 minutes of basketball in the Kruger era. What a monumental choke job that was

If Lattin and Woodard aren't better than this, it's going to be a long year.

Lattin and Woodard are 5 for 20. Ouch.

That was basically all of the game I got to watch and the most disappointing part to me was that our leaders and more experienced players didn't really step-up to stem the tide.

So it was your fault.

Some of you have a very short memories. You might want to go get evaluated for Alzheimers.

Games like this are the reason we say there is no benefit in playing teams you can easily blow out by 20 points. You don't learn anything from those games.

Yep....away from home, you need your veterans to play well....and that didn't happen tonight.

We don't spread the court very well and Doolittle makes a lot of fr mistakes. Woodard is going to be so frustrated this year. Kinda feel bad for him

We ve done this seemingly every year in terms of blowing a huge lead - Im never comfortable unless we re up double digits in the final minute. It's bad when your upperclassmen are the guys who are coming up small but we ll move on and learn - we got a lot of good young talent and they need to step up. Woodard and Lattin are better served as a complimentary players.

We really needed someone to step up tonight. Someone who could go one-on-one and get his own shot.....and have it go in. They had one....we didn't.

This was about as bad of a game as I have seen Woodard play. I'm not referring to his shooting. His court awareness and decision-making really hurt. But, I think it was also a mistake by Kruger not to bring Freeman in. They were giving us the outside shot, and mugging us in the middle. Freeman is our best at hitting that shot. We needed someone to hit a jump shot, a three if possible. We were doing dumb things trying to get inside.

Yeah, I remember some real stinkers during the first couple of years of Lon's tenure. SFA in Norman was terrible as were some other head scratchers. This team is VERY young and has to learn. That is how Lon produced the team last year....learning thru experience! The talent is there to be a very good team but you have to learn to play as a team.

Those last 11 minutes of regulation were painful to watch, no doubt. We're obviously a young team, and we'll have to get used to these scoring draughts. However, to basically either turn the ball over or get off a bad shot on 11 straight possessions is something I'm not sure I've ever seen before at any level of basketball. On the bright side, we have a great coach and he'll use it as a great teaching experience.

My only long-term worry is if we're on the NCAA bubble and this game is what leaves us out. It would bring back painful memories of the '92-'93 season which we blew a game against BYU in similar fashion at the beginning of that year.

Most of the players are uncomfortable at taking the 10 to 15 foot shot for it's either at the bucket or well outside.
