Is he talking about cheap shots? Haven't seen that. Who is taking shots at him? If the ref is not making a foul call that really is not on the kid who swipes at the ball, its on the officials for not making hte call.

The flopping does not bother me. Flopping has been a part of the game forever. You will either get a call or your man will get an uncontested shot. To the victor goes the spoils. The thing that aggravates me is the victim mentality. Last year the kid made hardnosed plays and was bumped around some. I never saw him whine about a call. This year he is constantly whinning and crying. Most of those "intangibles" came from that hardnosed determined style of play that he brought last year. This year he looks like a primma donna with a poor me attitude. I say sack up and play the game or quite now and cry to the NBA scouts and see how far that gets you.

Good points, earlpearl. I agree with everything you said. Too bad, too, because the kid can be really good when he is focused on the right things.
