Agreed. I think Capel wasn't ready to be a head coach at a major school yet, but he learned some valuable lessons in the process and going to an Elite 8 game is a pretty good achievement for a young coach. Nonetheless, Kruger has a lot more experience, particularly with getting a lot out of lesser talent. Kruger has made the team much more sound fundamentally particularly on the defensive end and rebounding, and they seem to be focused more on the team than themselves.
