I mean, this isn't quite an apples to apples comparison seeing that GM went 13-9 the year before he took over and then 14-16 his first year in charge. I'm not saying we should hire Fee - he probably needs to cut his teeth a bit more before he gets a real shot - but comparing him to English doesn't feel accurate.

My top 3 candidates for the record are Schertz (by a mile) and then either Calhoun (Utah St) or Olen (UNM). Coincidentally, Calhoun and Olen coach against each other tomorrow night. Might be a game worth checking out.

Sure but that’s not what the poll from the conference coaches was about. It was about the program, not the coach. The infrastructure of the program is more important long term than the coach. And it is currently flatlining at ou compared to our conference mates.

That buyout is a firable offense.

Tang's buyout goes down significantly if AD Gene Taylor is no longer there. It's probably cheaper for K-State to buy both of them out rather than just Tang.
