Last night during the bottom feeding game, the talking heads, who by the way know everything about everything, stated that oswho was a 5th seed and OU was an 8th seed.

Can someone explain to this old man how a 16 and 15 team can have a 5th seed, a team that has lost 8 out of their last 9 games, a team that a 5th grade coach could out coach their coach?
