FRAN should NOT ever do an OU...

The elbow was a horrible call. But I won't lie when I saw it live from the first ESPN angle I thought it was a dumb foul by Cam. The looking at the replays there wasn't even contact made.

Fraschilla did seem to go out of his way to heap more praise on OSU. But then again OSU is the more highly hyped team. He shouldn't do OU games just because he's in a no win situation. Even if he was right to give OSU praise he is going to seem like he's going out of his way to hype the other team without his son. Same with if he hypes OU too much. But you could do what I do. Turn off the TV sound. And put on the OU broadcast.

Or he could, y'know, call the game in an evenhanded fashion, giving props to each teams when it's deserved. He was continuously praising oswho even when they were trailing by 12 and 14 and getting significantly outplayed. It was blatant and ridiculous.

As for the radio broadcast, plenty of folks can't get that to synch up with the televised action. So it's a nice idea, but not practical for everyone.

The notion that Fraschilla would get called out for praising OU because his son is a walk-on for the Sooners seems questionable at best to me. I mean, he's a walk-on who sees virtually no playing time, and at that, I doubt that most folks outside of the state of Oklahoma are even aware of it.
