Franklin instead of Blair?

Astute observations, Booger.

Good to see a few posters (you, Ada, et al) refrain from making ridiculous statements the moment things go from good to bad…as was bound to happen with an inexperienced team that is trying to learn a new system.

I am on board with Kruger as I've wanted him since Sampson left, so I'm not getting frustrated with this team regardless of results.

Most games you win on talent and execution, but some games are won strictly by coaching. The last 4 years, we lost a lot of games due to coaching. Now that we have the 2nd best coach in the conference (only behind Self who is only ranked ahead of Lon since he's won an NC), I expect we will win some games based on just coaching and not lose as many games based on coaching.

I think you guys are little hard on Blair. He is trying to play at a much faster pace. It is going to take some time. Plus he had to play a lot of those minutes without Osby and Fitzgerald and playing from behind. That is a lot of pressure. I personally think it is going to be an asset this year and next to have a pg with his experience to back up Grooms. We can all insult Carl Blair for what he doesn't have or look at the positive things he brings. I am going to focus on the positives.

I suspect that you and I will see eye to eye more times than not this year, Booger, now that we both agree that we've got the right coach for the job at hand.

I agree, Denver. Blair will have some good games for us, and he'll obviously have some like he did against St. Louis. Let's hope the latter are the exception.
