Ummm, this time last year we were calling it, myself included, the most talented class OU had ever signed.
I agree that what Capel has done in the last 3 months is remarkable but I don't see how anyone at this point can call this roster "more talented".
Pledger, Fitz, Hardrick & Cade are the only guys we've seen play a D1 game.
I think this team will be a better "team" but no way is it more talented today.

The OVERALL roster is more talented.

I could see that. I'm assuming you're not talking "natural born" talent, and instead basketball ability.
Cameron Clark might be more talented than anybody on last year's team. WW is the only one who might be better IMO.
TJ Taylor might be in the TMG-level. If he can play ANY defense, maybe better. Newell is likely around the same level. CJ Washington has to be better than Ryan Wright. Nick Thompson and Ahmed are kinda complete unknowns at this point.
And Fitz, Pledger, Cade, and Hardrick had to have gotten at least marginally better than last year.

I think it would have been absolutely insane if somebody said at this time last year that WW, TMG and Tiny would all go pro, and our biggest loss would be Tony Crocker... but it's true.
