In a sports-less world, it feels good to watch one of the best games in OU history, even though it didn’t end as we wanted. I completely forgot we were down 11 in the first half.

It feels strange to watch such an elite shooting OU team! I loved this team. Buddy was next level.

YES! I’ve been thinking this all game too. I’m tired of exclusively recruiting “project” big men that are more athlete than they are basketball player. Spangs was a warrior.

Though it is interesting/valid that Dickie V keeps challenging and accusing Ryan of disappearing in the last ~20 minutes of game time.

Mason fouling Buddy while he was out of bounds trying to make an inbounds pass still KILLS me. Classic Phog.

And all the announcers have to say is that “mason hounded the inbounds pass”.

Buddy probably rushed that last shot. Still had 2.5 seconds on the release. If he squares up and takes his time, he probably gets fouled for 3 FTs.

They played so fast, got out on the break like no other team. Spangler was a beast. Buddy was, well... Buddy. And I had forgotten how clutch Woodard was. Amazing team.
