Fears on the bench for Goodine for a large portion of this game, especially late, when Goodine isn’t shooting well at all and that’s literally the only thing he can provide is coaching malpractice. I know Fears hasn’t been great today, but he’s still wayyy more capable of contributing at his floor than Goodine is almost any time he’s out there

Fears has struggled since conference play started, as many of us thought he would. He doesn't seem strong enough yet to take contact from physical guards. He also shows bad body language when things aren't going in his favor. Not down on him at all. He's still HS-aged.

Fears has been bad today but there is almost no way he doesn’t give us a better chance that Goodine. And Wague almost single handedly kept us in the game in the second half, yet with the game on the line, Loser is going with Sam. Truly unreal. And no, for the Godwin lovers, I don’t care that he is an Oklahoma kid and loves OU.
