NORMAN — Oklahoma (13-13, 3-10 SEC) goes for its third win in four contests when it hosts Texas A&M (18-8, 8-5) on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. CT at Lloyd Noble Center in Norman.

Saturday's game will be televised by SEC Network with Mike Morgan (play-by-play) and Jon Sundvold (analyst) announcing. It will air on the Sooner Sports Radio Network (KRXO 107.7 FM in Oklahoma City; KTBZ 1430 AM in Tulsa; Varsity Radio App) with Toby Rowland and Kevin Henry on the call.

Oklahoma will host a 10-year reunion this weekend for its 2015-16 Final Four team, including a pregame on-court recognition. During a halftime ceremony, 2015-16 consensus national player of the year Buddy Hield will become the sixth OU men's basketball player to have his jersey raised to the LNC ceiling. Hield, OU's second-leading all-time scorer with 2,291 points, wore No. 24.

OU TO HONOR HIELD, 2015-16 FINAL FOUR SQUAD SATURDAY

• 2016 consensus national player of the year Buddy Hield will become the sixth former OU men's basketball player to have his jersey raised to Lloyd Noble Center's ceiling on Saturday during a halftime ceremony. He will join Wayman Tisdale (No. 23 honored in 1997), Alvan Adams (No. 33 honored in 1998), Mookie Blaylock (No. 10 honored in 2001), Stacey King (No. 33 honored in 2008) and Blake Griffin (No. 23 honored in 2016).

Going to be a special night to see Buddy honored. Lucky enough to be in the LNC during those incredible moments like the KU game and Texas. Don't think there has ever been a player who connected with the fans like he did outside of Wayman. So happy to see him honored with the GOAT. And seeing this list from Soonersports.com made me realize that it's been 10 years since we retired Blake's jersey. Also made me a little sad, as it does every time I see this list, other great Sooners who should be on that list aren't there.

Hollis Price should be on that list.

A couple of others I would be okay with... who else you got that should be in the rafters?

Agreed. And don't think really good players, fan favorites, or 4-year contributors are the basis for retiring the number. Great Sooners but how most on your list can be viewed.

But Alvan Adams was not All American. Highest was 3rd team. Retired number. And deservedly.

Hollis was Big XII POY, Defensive POY, 3rd in the Wooden award, and made 1st team AA honors on some lists. AP & Consensus 2nd team AA. FF starter. Not retired.

Have never understood why he is not up there.

I know it was only 1 season, but Trae young should be in conversation. He won the Wooden award and has been a star in the NBA since day 1.

Trae didn't win the Wooden. He finished behind Jalen Brunson.

But to your point, mixed about Trae being retired. Great Sooner, and one of the few who has supported the program like he has post-OU. Lead the nation in scoring and assists. I think he might have the highest PPG in OU history for one season, and obviously a career. The 4th most points in a season behind guys named Wayman & Buddy. First team All-American. Some points to be made why he could be considered to add his jersey to the rafters.

But the team also was underwhelming that year. Some nice wins and had to scrap to get into the tourney. Lost in the first round. Only played one season. And, IMO, we should retire jerseys and honor players for what they did while wearing the crimson and cream, not their NBA careers. Otherwise, Gar Heard or Clifford Ray might be in the rafters.

I would be okay if they did retire his number for what he has meant to the program, but I would also be okay if they didn't.

I’m out on Trae. Team was trash, reportedly at least partially because of him as a teammate.

Hollis should 100% be up there. I’d put Eduardo up there as well.
