Props to all the OU fans who will be at the game tomorrow night. I'm so bummed that I can't join you (I only live 2.5 hours away from Raleigh), but I'm in Tampa for my nephew's wedding this weekend. The last time I got to see OU in the Dance was 2019 against Ole Miss when they played in Columbia, SC. My favorite moment from that game (besides the winning and conversing with K Doolittle's dad) was the OU band sarcastically chanting "S-E-C" in the closing minutes...until Joe C stormed over as mad as can be to shut it down. Anyway, I hope all who are going end up with some great memories...it's killing me that I can't join you :-(.

This game is going to be brutal. They're super slow, they foul a ton, they turn it over at a high rate. They do offensive rebound really well and shoot it inside the line at a high clip. Best news for us is that they don't defend the dribble very well and let teams shoot a high % on 3s. We'll see...

Just watched a segment on SportsCenter on this game where Seth Greenberg was providing analysis, and his entire focus was on what UConn needs to do to win, e.g. guard the ball, don't let OU's guards get in the lane, don't turn the ball over, help on defense, etc...things they have typically issues with. He surprised me by closing with, "Most importantly, guard the ball and take care of the ball...can't have live ball turnovers and you must keep the ball out of the lane. If they (UConn) do those two things, they can win. If not, this could get ugly."
