GAME 33 - OKLAHOMA (20-12) vs KENTUCKY (21-10) 8:30pm CST on SEC NETWORK

Don't disagree completely, and openly stated, that I would have drawn it up a little differently. And maybe would have had Duke in the game instead of Kobe. But all I stated is the problem was the execution, not that it was a horrible horrible play design. Maybe not perfect, but not as bad as it's being blamed.

BTW, according to my count, we were 7-6 in games decided in the final minute or final possession. Not as bad maybe as many think and it seemed a lot worse than that. Probably because of a handful of recent stingers (Kentucky, LSU, Ole Miss, Kentucky) where mistakes were pretty blatant. And I was pretty vocal on how bad the called defense was against Ole Miss. Totally on Moser to teach/tell the D to go under the screen and switch. Split those games and the season and opinions could look a little different.

But ultimately, 100% agree. Whether players or coaching, can't keep letting games get away from you when they are right there for the taking. That's every game in March.
I agree with most of this so don’t mean this to seem disagreeable, but the one thing I’d point out about that 7-6 number is that some of those wins would have come down to the last minute or possession if we hadn’t gagged away a comfortable lead. For example, we led Providence by 9 with 45 second left and ended up surviving a last second three that would have won the game. I’d say Michigan, Arky, and Mizzou are games where we really did a nice job down the stretch, whereas most games, we kind of stumbled around and survived.

So I just put up this and a lot of other games up on the YouTube thread.
