Because I think trying hard for two games after a five-game stretch of not playing hard isn’t really that impressive.I’m with you champ, Moser should be fired. Not sure that will solve all of our program’s problems but it’s obviously not working.
Since we’re on the same page there, no need to move the ****ing goalposts. What does that have to do with shitting on our players for trying lol?
Your team playing hard is the bare minimum. You also have to have good strategy and adjustments in-game, which is what PM struggles with.Because I think trying hard for two games after a five-game stretch of not playing hard isn’t really that impressive.
It’s Oklahoma basketball. Anything can happen. I understand OU could do worse than Moser. But, I think both sides need a fresh start.IF Porter loses his job (I still think they will give him another year if he wants it) last night wasn’t what got him fired. That was a good basketball game where we just came up short - quite literally. What would get him fired is the choke jobs against A&M & LSU and the home loss to Texas.
In the end, my prediction is still that Porter moves on his own and we end up with a very disappointing replacement.
I wish on your last paragraph, but money-wise I don't think that's very likely..IF Porter loses his job (I still think they will give him another year if he wants it) last night wasn’t what got him fired. we don't know the ins and outs of that decision.Irony is Moser screwed him out of PR his freshman year and took him out of the starting lineup his sophomore year.
the 2 leading scorers for kentucky in the game ??Why in the world would Pope let Garrison up there after how he acted at the end of the game?

Disappointment like missing the tournament? Oh wait…IF Porter loses his job (I still think they will give him another year if he wants it) last night wasn’t what got him fired. And are getting paid a couple of mil…how often do coaches just "move on" when they have 2-3 years left on a contract?
I absolutely saw that. I can only think of what Sankey was telling him. "Joe, every seat needs to be filled in this arena, especially for Kentucky. If your coach has lost the fans, you need a new one. Here are some other coaches you can call."Did anyone happen to see towards the end of the game Sankey sitting with Joe C? Joe looked like he passed a gall stone. Was he thinking he needs to can PM? We can only hope…
He’s probably thinking: “Why the hell did you let Oweh take over the game?”Did anyone happen to see towards the end of the game Sankey sitting with Joe C? Joe looked like he passed a gall stone. Was he thinking he needs to can PM? We can only hope…
Seeing this team down the stretch of games on the defensive end is just an abomination. Poor, poor coaching of fundamentals and a lack of toughness. After Moore made the second free throw I knew exactly what was going to happen. Still hope but who knows
Between this, A&M, and LSU, I would love to see the opponents' points per possession in the final 8-10 minutes. LSU essentially scored every trip after we built the big lead, A&M was more or less the same, and Oweh himself scored every time UK needed a bucket. And in all three games, we let one guy essentially beat us.Seeing this team down the stretch of games on the defensive end is just an abomination. Poor, poor coaching of fundamentals and a lack of toughness.
Correct, it didn't matter if Oweh made that shot or missed. It would have been Williams and Brea vs Goodine for the rebound and put back. Kentucky was scoring no matter what.Seeing this team down the stretch of games on the defensive end is just an abomination. Poor, poor coaching of fundamentals and a lack of toughness.
