It’s remarkable. There are so many coaches who get their teams to play hard every year, regardless of talent, experience, etc. Maybe he should spend an offseason following around Kelvin or Izzo or any number of coaches who wouldn’t put up with this for five seconds.

Was he really? Jeez I obviously missed that … which doesn’t say much about how he played. Our bench continues to be a problem, even though Jeff finally hit a couple shots.

Yes....going to the zone certainly helped. It can help mask some effort issues. That and Marquette was bound to miss a few 3s and regress to the mean.
