it is a one off he has been great all year

Good win, and good adjustment to go more with Davis at the 5. If they can get by defensively in those minutes, then there's not much almost any team can do defensively to stop OU when he's at the 5. Marquette couldn't do anything, and two of our best scorers took the day off.

Well it looks like the football team is passing the torch to the basketball team in regards to cardiac moments and sky-rocketing blood pressure. Very happy to get the win, but still don't know what to think about this group. Hopefully, this is a catalyst for better things, but all bets are off at this point.

He can’t guard on-ball. This was an especially bad matchup for him because Marquette, as usual, has multiple guys that can get downhill an a hurry.
