What's his story? I know he was on the radar as an OU recruit for a while, then signed with Arizona. He had a few decent games off the bench last year but has barely played this year.

Is he hurt?

Garland Judkins was never on OU's radar or any other High major or for that fact mid majors radar. He was going to a low major until a desperate Arizona offered after Jennings went to Europe.
