Whatever slimmer of hope we have left for maybe a SHARE of the big 12 tests at the hands of Baylor and Texas...yes ISU could pull out a miracle in the Fog I just don't see that being possible. Think the best chance is Baylor and Tex@$$ winning. If Baylor wins tonight...it becomes a tad interesting.

I don't want bu getting momentum for when they play us...

BUT I absolutely HATE ku...screw em.

In memory of "Sicem" from the other board...GO BEARS!

I'm a little torn on this one. It'd be nice to at least be able to push KU down the stretch, but if we can't catch them, I want sole possession of second and I don't want Baylor breathing fire when they come to Norman.

This is how I see it too. I don't see enough chance for us to win the conference. I'd rather see Baylor fall back and start locking up 2nd place.

Kansas isn't losing 3 of their last 4 so we need to go ahead and lock up #2.

Sucks...oh well. Like y'all said...atleast we locked up #2.

I'm not ready to say "locked up"...love the Sooners, but we have bu at home, ut on the road...and hell tcu on the road who is beating tt in lubbuck by 12..

just sayin...still lots of ball left.

Bingo. If Texas and WVU lose one more, THEN we've got it locked up.

Or, if we just win out.

It's WAY too close for comfort right now.

God I hate KU so much. We've had some great teams in the last quarter century and change with only one conference championship to show for it thanks largely to those schmucks.

Ah well, I wouldn't trade a single win in the Big Dance for a conference championship, but it would still be nice to add a trophy once in a while.

Being in the area I can't stand them...BUT I also realize what jack wagons they are during basketball...because that is the ONLY sport at ku to cheer about.

They start in early oct when bball starts...and go til April.

At least at OU there is football, baseball, softball, gymnastics, w bball...OU is very well rounded. Guess I'd rather have multiple sports that are successful then have 1 that dominates the league (although OU does that in several sports)....

Very frustrating. This year and '09 I think we had the better team, and still lost the conference championship to them. Although in '09 it was because that fat buffoon from Texas KO'd Blake Griffin.
