A friend and I bought tickets to the games in Tulsa yesterday. My friend is in a wheelchair, so we bought wheelchair accessible seats on the upper level at the BOK - at mid-court. We chose section 313 because it was at midcourt. We bought our tickets last Sunday.
When we arrived, the ushers advised us that the NCAA had taken all the seats in that row. He moved us one section over. We were not happy campers. We felt the BOK should have moved us to comparable (mid court) seats on the other side of the arena. The Box Office at the BOK refused to do anything. We ended up moving to the lower level after the first game. We were able to squeeze into wheelchair accessible seating on the lower level. As far as we could tell, no one ever sat in the seats we purchased.
I hope to BOK box office was more hospitable to visitors from out of town. Thankfully, the ushers at the BOK are nicer than the ones at the AA Arena in Dallas. My only other complaint about the BOK was it was very cold on the upper level and the lighting is very poor.
