The chorus of Rihanna's "Hard" is nice, plus ESPN has been using it a lot lately.

"Ready Steady Go" by Paul Oakenfold is a pretty good song for a highlight video.

"I Gotta Feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas is always good too

"Ladies and Gentlemen" by Saliva would work as well
