That TCU has earned 3rd place in the conference and #3 seed for the tourney.

Why do the national "experts" place them so low? They are receiving little to no respect. I think they are the 63rd in the RPI ratings. Maybe that's the problem. As so many Big-12 teams they played a horrible non-conference schedule. IMO the league should pressure everyone to do better than that.

Sometimes the teams that get no respect are the ones that will shock people and upset someone in the ncaa's.

Their non-conference schedule only had three teams in the top 100 in realtimerpi, and they lost to all of them. Frankly, I didn't think much of them until I saw them. Mitte had the same bunch, and they weren't much. Pebley has given them a different style, and they bought into it. They might actually become good if they can recruit.

Not surprised that the players were capable, but I am not a Mitte fan, so I am a little surprised that Pebley came in her first year and got the kids to buy into her system. They are a fun bunch to watch. I like the fact she will press full court and cause disruption, they can be dangerous in the tournament if they get hot from outside.

Agreed, she has impressed me this season.
