I googled the guy. There can't be many Keaton Homers living in Alaska. Apparently he's 21 years old and, strangely, an OU fan.

I'm pretty sure every announcer sucked at the age of 21. I'd blame whoever put him in the position to announce a game broadcast around the country. This dude should be practicing on student tv or cable access or something.
