I don't think anyone really thought he was a bust. The thread was started by one individual who likes to stir up good convo on here.

Cam played so assertively tonight. It was wonderful. That tip dunk was a thing of beauty. But it was his defense and rebounding that made me the most proud.

I didnt think he was a bust, i just thought the expectations on him were premature and maybe a little too much...

But i was wrong in saying i didnt think he was in the TMG, WW, Tiny mold of player where he was super talented...he is there

Since i asked had any OU player had a dunk in a game we have had like 300 and Cam has about 295 of those...he is turning into a star right before our eyes...

Yep. The same ones who had never seen a worse coach than JC, a worse offensive/defensive scheme, a worse recruiting class, a worse point guard, a worse rotation, a worse shooting guard, a worse set of forwards, a worse season, a worse conference record, a worse out of conference showing, basically the same posters who wanted to throw in the towel and blow-up Sooner Hoops. Those were the guys calling Cam a bust........:facepalm

Me too! Win or lose I'm just glad to see them playing with effort and passion. Also the defense has improved exponentially!

The guys who called Clark a bust has not been here in four games.

The amazing this about the game today was that if you had not seen either team play and you just showed up and watched, you would swear Cameron Clark was the best player on the floor and probably think he was junior/senior.

It is amazing to watch the body language of Blair from game 1 to now. He looks like he knows he belongs now. He at least thinks it, which is half the battle.

Absolutely. And especially when you play the point guard position in a high level conference. You have believe that you belong there and can play against anybody.

I did not get to see the game but the stats look like CJ Washington did a great job getting 4 points and 4 rebounds in 11 minutes. That is fantastic production for such limited play and I assume he played down the stretch because Fitzgergald fouled out.
